Luke’s aviation journey began in 1999 after graduating from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and entering the U.S. Navy flight program. Over the next 20 years, he flew seven different Navy aircraft around the world, including the F-14 Tomcat, F/A-18 Hornet, F/A-18 Super Hornet, Boeing 737, and McDonnell Douglas DC-9.

After retiring in Virginia Beach in 2020, Luke expanded into civilian aviation, building experience as a contract pilot, flight instructor, and aircraft manager. He has been active in general aviation since 2013 and understands firsthand the complexities of owning and maintaining private aircraft. “There are a lot of moving parts in aircraft management—not just props and jet engines. Doing it alone is possible, but partnering with Anthony and Pete just made sense.”

Luke holds FAA type ratings in the Boeing 737 and DC-9, along with CFI, MEI, and tailwheel endorsements. He has logged over 5,600 mishap-free flight hours and continues to blend technical expertise with personalized service for aircraft owners and operators.

Pete began his aviation career in 1997 as an enlisted Naval Aircrewman flying aboard the P-3 Orion. After gaining operational experience in maritime patrol, he earned his commission and was selected for the U.S. Navy flight program, eventually transitioning to the F/A-18 Hornet. Over a distinguished career, Pete flew multiple deployments and carrier-based missions across the globe.

After retiring from active duty, Pete continued his aviation career as a First Officer with American Airlines. He holds over 5,000 flight hours and maintains both seaplane and rotorwing ratings. A Reno Air Race champion, Pete brings a rare blend of tactical precision, high-performance flying, and competitive discipline to every cockpit.

Beyond the airline world, Pete has remained closely involved in general aviation, training, and aircraft management. “Partnering with Luke and Anthony in AeroGroup is about sharing our experience and helping owners stay mission-ready without the hassle,” he says. Pete’s experience spans military, commercial, and civilian flying, all with a focus on safety, clarity, and performance.

Mike began his aviation career while serving in the U.S. Navy, earning his commercial multi engine license and instrument rating using his GI Bill. What began as a passion quickly became a profession, leading him into operational aviation roles supporting both civilian and military parachute operations.

Before joining AeroGroup, Mike flew with Arne Aviation as a contract skydiving pilot, serving as Pilot-in-Command in the PAC-750 and Cessna 208B, and as Second-in-Command in the Shorts SD3-30. These roles required precise flying and disciplined coordination around active parachute operations in dynamic environments.

Mike also served as a Chief Warrant Officer (W-4) and Operations Officer in Naval Special Warfare. Over a 30-year career, he developed a reputation for disciplined execution, leadership, and mission-focused decision making.

At AeroGroup, Mike serves as Operations Leader and Lead Pilot on the Phenom 300 and Piaggio, coordinating aircraft scheduling, flight planning, and mission execution to ensure safe, efficient, and professional operations across the fleet.

Brooke brings a combination of high-net-worth client experience, operational awareness, and brand intuition to AeroGroup. With a background spanning elite hospitality, estate and property management, finance, and entrepreneurship, she is known for her discretion, precision, and ability to anticipate needs before they are voiced.

Her career includes experience with Merrill Lynch’s Global Private Client group and relationship management across large financial networks.

At AeroGroup, Brooke leads member experience and branding, overseeing client onboarding and engagement from initial introduction through long-term ownership. She works closely with prospective and existing members, often participating in the acquisition process. Internally, she operates at the intersection of owners, pilots, and operations—ensuring alignment across all touchpoints and elevating the overall client experience.
